Albromet took part in the “Great Place to Work” certification for the first time and was awarded at the first attempt. The company is thus officially one of the best employers in Germany and Europe. The Great Place to Work certification is an internationally recognized seal that is awarded to companies that are classified as outstanding employers as part of a scientifically based study.
“We are very proud of the result we have achieved,” confirms Andrea Bäring, Managing Director of Albromet GmbH from Geretsried. A total of 92 percent of employees took part in the survey, which speaks for the high credibility of the results. Of these, 91 percent say: “Albromet is a good company”. This so-called Trust Index of 91 is an excellent value compared to the rest of the industry.
Albromet employees rate the management culture in the company particularly highly, especially with regard to the credibility, fairness and integrity of the management. Top marks were also awarded for communication and team spirit among employees.
“The results are all the more impressive when you consider that Albromet has been undergoing a comprehensive change process since the beginning of last year,” Bäring continues. The group of shareholders of Albromet GmbH changed on January 1, 2024, which also resulted in changes to the management. “We seem to have done a lot of things right after all!” summarizes Bäring.
“Our declared aim is to actively shape the workplace culture and cooperation at ALBROMET with the aim of being the best employer for our employees,” explains Stefan Hübner, main shareholder of ALBROMET GmbH, and continues: “The results of the survey show that we are on the right track. Our employees feel a strong emotional connection to the company and their work. They are proud of our joint team performance and of our standing with our customers. We want to continuously develop our company and we can only do this if we listen to our employees and drive forward the corresponding changes.”
“This is why we will carry out the employee survey every two years in future and derive specific recommendations for action from the results in order to improve even further,” adds Theresa Frank, the project manager responsible for the “Great Place to Work” certification.
