2. purpose of data collection, processing or use
In order to carry out sales activities, personal data is collected, processed and used for administrative activities on some pages that are necessary for the proper processing of orders (customer orders).

The provision of personal information is voluntary.
We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of providing you with individual support, i.e. generally to answer your inquiry.
Beyond this, the personal data you provide will not be stored or passed on for any other purpose.
We guarantee that your details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
If we use external service providers for individual offers, they are selected with the greatest possible care with regard to data protection aspects and obligated in accordance with the legal requirements.
The type and scope of the data processing tasks to be carried out are contractually regulated and the commissioned service providers are specifically obliged to comply with the same level of data protection as is customary for us.

Where necessary, we process the data beyond the actual performance of the contract to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties.
Examples:
– Consultation of and data exchange with credit agencies to determine creditworthiness or default risks in our purchasing processes,
– Assertion of legal claims and defense in legal disputes.

If we have been given consent to process personal data for specific purposes (e.g. supplier applications in the supplier portal), the lawfulness of this processing is based on consent.
Any consent given can be revoked at any time.
This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent given to us before the GDPR came into force, i.e. before May 25, 2018.
The withdrawal of consent is only effective for the future and does not affect the legality of the data processed until the withdrawal.

Users have the right to request information about the personal data stored about them free of charge.
In addition, users have the right to rectification, blocking and erasure of this personal data in accordance with the statutory provisions.

5. time limits for the deletion of data
The data will be deleted after the statutory time limits have expired.
If data cannot be deleted, it will be blocked from further access.

6. recipients to whom the data may be disclosed
Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the transfer of data is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship or you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data.
This includes, among others, public bodies in the case of overriding legal provisions, external contractors as well as external bodies and internal departments for the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned under 2.
